We are looking at using this software for our Network Operations Center, and being that I am a PHP/MySQL newbie I had a couple questions. 1. The Pop Location area in the new ticket submission. Is there a way to add that to the database similar to the "Category" listing. (Without a major rewrite of the database/software?) We want to administer the list of names for the Pops being that each of the contacts we have for each customer may call the same pop two diffrent things. :-) 2. I also wanted to see if there was a way to have e-mail sent out to a default account "ANY"time a new ticket was entered. 3. Another question is concerning when updates are made to the tickets. Is there a way to send notification each time a ticket is updated to keep the customers informed of any changes. Even including when a ticket is assigned and reassigned. I appreceiate any and all help that you can give me! This software rocks!!!
