i like your desk very much!!
I just like to know if i want to include the ticket number in the email =
that the system sends out to the user at the time of adding job, how can =
i do that?
Also, when adding jobs, i also would like to add the computer ID as =
well, how can i do that?
feel free to point me to files and code that i need to tweak.
