[Phphelpdesk-help] Mysql definition

Hi,

I really find your software to be interesting especially it conforms with a
requirement to keep track of problem escalation more efficiently.  I already
installed and configure apache-php and mysql, notice that you don't have any
details on the database especially on how many tables to be created, what
are the variables to be included, and so more. My concern on what will be
the data structure that will be used on this software.
