Yes, see in the archive of this list I documented about a month ago how to
enter tickets into the system with qmail installed.  Sendmail has not been
written into a fancy document yet, but anyone with sendmail knowledge at all
should be able to set it up right.  This is assuming that your system can
generate emails.
