no, I did it just the way you suggest using a Cobalt RaQ as the server with various helpdesks on there as sub domains i.e. helpdek.company1.com, helpdesk.company2.com etc and then I created db's in the same naming convention helpdeskcompany1 and edited the config file for each site accordingly - end result an outsourced online Helpdesk RaQ.
