[Phphelpdesk-help] HELP Admin doesnt work!!!!

Hello,

I setup phphelpdesk and logged in as admin admin and I can not add users, categorys or anything else I keep getting "You do not have admin privlages"  So I added a user into the db manually and I used the DB admin info and STILL I can't do anything PLUS all admins username looks like this when I log in:

Does any one have ANY idea whats wrong and how to fix it?!?!?!
