Is there a way to set the system to allow people to submit only and not view tickets. What I would really like is to have the ability to allow end users to submit tickets into the help desk and not see the tickets the engineer's submit. I would hate for a customer to see some of the comments the engineers put it about a situation. The engineers need to be able to see all tickets. We support multiple companies with PHP helpdesk.
