[Phphelpdesk-help] Inappropriate Number of Open tickets

I just upgraded to 0.6.16.  Looks good!  But the Option at the top stating 
number of open tickets is not correct.  It says 5, but I only have 1 open 
now.    Was there something a didn't read about upgrading that I should 
have done first like clean something out?  Any idea Joe, or is everyone 
getting this information?
