[Phphelpdesk-help] Orphaned accounts or departments.

I've got a problem where I've got a user (accounting) which doesn't show up
within the 'modify user' nor does the accompanying department (accounting)
show up when I go to add helpdesk people to the department...so I can assign
them tickets from it!!

help??!!??
