Ok, we have made some changes to the cookie code which seems to fix a lot of these problems (you are not the only one having this happen). I just spoke to Joe about releasing a new version which you can try (should fix the cookie issue)... He's checking out some new features I added this week and will release the new version once he is satified that everything is ok.
