Some browsers don't print the textboxes (Konqueror was one of them).
Therefore, I made a show printable version that acts more like a receipt
than the modify version.  In the printable version, there are line item
details of who worked on the ticket and what items were purchased for
the ticket as well.

I have a question here. What is the function of "Show a Printable
Version"
button? Why you need to show a printable version? If it is an option to
admin to print the ticket but what for? Just a little bit curious. :-)
