Yes, I would be willing to write this portion, I emailed Joseph a while ago about joining the devel. team, so hopefully I will be able to do CVS uploads soon. I also have some ideas for more reports which I want to add (we have been using PHP Helpdesk for our small IT department at work for a couple of weeks now, and this is something my boss wants).
