[Phphelpdesk-help] RE: Help

I'm pretty sure that it's a cookie issue.  Unfortunately, I haven't
figured out a good way to get around this yet.  Many users have
suggested changing the includes/cookie.inc.php and
includes/logout.inc.php files to accomidate both Netscape and IE users.
I have only run into this problem myself on a couple machines.  I have
tried resolving the issue, but haven't been able to.  If anyone has a
solid way around this, please send me an email and Linda Hu.

I'm sure that we would both greatly appreciate it.  

Btw, there might be some stuff on this on the
phphelpdesk.sourceforge.net Development section somewhere.  I have been
extremely busy and haven't looked there recently.  But there may be
something already there.

I try to install phphelpdesk. After installing, I login by using
'admin/admin'. However, when I try to test any "whattodo" such as Add
Category, Reports , Preferences..., it always return to login status.

Please tell me how to fix this problem.
