Greetings all, I've just completed a demo install of PHPHelpDesk for a client, but am having one small problem. The helpdesk system is running on my website again as a demo for them and when they enter their e-mail addresses the typical end user only enters the username portion of their e-mail, so my local mail server appends my domain name causing the e-mail to bounce. I've set the $g_mailservername to their mailserver, but phpheldesk doesn't seem to use this. Any suggestions on how to override this? Or am I just stuck with making the end-users enter their full e-mail address.
