[Phphelpdesk-help] Installation

I'm having some difficulty witht he install of phphelpdesk.

1) When i go to index.php i get an error on the top of the screen =
"Warning: Undefined variable: whattodo in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\phphelpdesk\co=
nfig\header.conf.php on line 8"

2) after logging in with admin/admin i get a lot of errors from Line 32 in =
the cookies.inc.php file. variable groups not found and then errors =
loading hte headers.

that is followed by the errors "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\phphelpdesk\scripts\vj_v=
iewtickets.scp.php on line 4" also occurs on lines 12, 20, 28, 36, 44, 52.

3) If i try to do anything with the software it tells me "User or Passowrd =
incorrect" and spits out errors concerning the checkuser.inc.php

Help would be wonderful, we really wanna give phphelpdesk a try :)
