Joe, or anyone: My reporting feature isn't working. It generates a report but NO tickets are found to match. So I thought maybe this wasn't an active feature yet, but I see that is it. Any ideas, or is everyone elses working and I'm the goofing something up? BTW.. as a new product feature.. It would be nice if a set person would get an email when a new ticket was added. I know this might me a bit much for larger offices, but it might be handy to some. Or whenever you assign a ticket to another person they are notified that he was assigned this task. I might try to add the last one in myself... I'm not a php pro but might know enough to really screw it up.
