[Phphelpdesk-help] Mail-fct problems

I can't make the mailto-when-ticket-assigned function work. I've looked
through the includes for pointers as to which transfer agent php-helpdesk
uses, but to no avail. I suspect procmail though..

Could someone please post a short reference for making the mailing function
work properly?
