This is the first cast of this. So you can add users, modify users, add categories, etc..etc.., but when you are viewing the jobs, and you click on a ticket, what happens? Does it take you to the screen where it should show the ticket details? Does it take you back to the main screen? What happens when you click on a ticket summary or number? Also, I need to know a little bit more about what versions of everything that you are running. It may not help me, but at least it is a start.
