[PhpHelpdesk-devel] Problem with mysql connect

Phphelpdesk does not seem to be able to connect to mysql, and therefore 
errors out on every attempt. Looking for any advice on ensuring i have 
MySQL correctly configured as wel as any files i need to change to 
ensure that it can comunicate with Mysql. Thanks in advance
