OK, it took a little longer to pull this together (pesky job and life gets =
in the way sometimes! :)=20

Here is the reporting engine that we had written:

If someone uses it as-is, it will certainly require some customization. If =
it is merged ino the main project somewhow, it could probably benefit from =
using the language file of phphelpdesk.

We are releasing this to the phphelpdesk project under the GPL. I am =
definitely not the guy to ask too many intricte questions regarding this, =
but I have BCC'd the gentleman that wrote this. Maybe he can subscribe to =
this list and chime in if need be. :) For my own progress, I intend to =
roll my sleeves up a bit and learn this better.=20

I hope this is useful to the project as a whole. At the least, perhaps it =
will help someone somehow. If you end up not including any of this in the =
main project, no problem. Please let me know so that I might setup a web =
page and pursue the improvement of this as it's own project.=20
