I am planning on commiting my changes to PHP helpdesk soon (I have been granted developer access by Andrew) ie.

 - e-mail Managers on each change to a ticket
 - e-mail Managers when new ticket submitted

If you have any patches please send them over to me and I will do my best to incorporate them. Once I do incorporate all the changes I will make a "test" tarball that people should try before we release it officially. Main reason is that I do not use all the features of PHP Helpdesk so I am not sure whether patches will break anything else.
