[PhpHelpdesk-devel] I took a look at phphelpdesk this eveing and decided to work on the help system a little

I modified the footer.php and the  help.scp.php to use the
whattodo variable to make the help link specific to the page you
are on.
for example if you are on the viewjobs page you will get the
viewjobs help page if you click help etc.

I also put the help files in $g_base_url/help/ so all the help
files aren't overrunning the script directory.

I have not started adding content to the help files yet.

who do I send the files to for review and merge to the cvs?
