#8 Add Some More View Ticket Options

It would be nice if there were a couple new view
ticket options.

Currently, there seems to be the following choices:

View all tickets
View only open tickets

How about adding the following choices:

View tickets by date opened
(Give the choice to enter a specific range of dates)

Example:
From 4-21-2001 to 5-1-2001

also

View tickets by date closed
(Give the choice to enter a specific range of dates)

Use example above.

How about View open tickets assigned to me? Or open
tickets to a specific person? There could be an user
option that allows the user to only see tickets assigned to
them or ones they created.
