it's straightforward to get extra fields to print out
in the 'printable version'. I've added in an address
field as well as unit serial/model number fields.

I would like to be able to enter the data into the
database using the Add Job page, but it isn't clear to
me how to add it here.

Thanks for a great product.

It is best to work with a kind of client table.
In the add job page you just select a name and store that
    in the db.
When ever you need you then can query the client db for the
    info in it :-)
If you need more info let me know :-)

What are you looking for exactly? I have heavily modified
mine (and still working to modify mine) that includes
several pieces of information that was not there
originally. A lot of it autofills in for me such as
    company information, contact information, etc.
