Let me start by saying this is the best Helpdesk app I
have seen !!!
It would be nice if you could add parts on the fly
while creating or updating a work order.
It would be nice if there was an option to send all
info to the technician in the email instead of just
the summary.
What about a status of "invoiced" ? After a technician
closes a work order it should be visible by a user
classified as accountant or something who could create
the invoice in some accounting app and then change the
status to invoiced.
