It would be great if there was a capability to assign
multiple users to a ticket. Many times I find that
some of the tickets I assign to people require other
users to be assigned to them as well. I could probably
add this functionality but I'm not sure where all the
places that store or refer to the username are in the
scripts.

I agree, assigning to persons can be a problem in larger
environments.
What probably would be nice if one could assign a ticket to
a department instead of a user. If a person is a member of
the department he/she should be allowed to view/change the
ticket.
