#20 Passwords

Not a bug, a request.

I am currently evaluating several trouble ticket
trackers and feel PHP HelpDesk is quite close to my
requirements.

1. I observed that passwords are saved in plain text
in the phphelpdesk database.

Any plans to fix this soon?

I am currently working on putting together a new version of
phphelpdesk. MD5 encrypted passwords in the database
will be part of the features added. Please stay tuned.
