#2 Just some usability enhancment ideas...

Here are just a few cool usability ideas I would love
to see if possible in future releases:

Ability to view a list of jobs assigned to your user or
another user.
(it might be tricky cause I took a look at the database
and how it is arranged event information is kept in a
different table then the job tickets right?)

Also when you view a ticket in detail to have a "Next"
and "Previous" buttons to view next and previous
tickets without always having to go to the previous
view of all the tickets and selecting one from there.
