The reports are great however there is always a need
to do these reports by priority as well. The main
report needs to lists times and stats for each
priority or be able to produce reports based on this.
When doing monthly stats we and I am sure others have
a need to show the times based on this. Most SLA's
that a helpdesk may operate under will require this
since response times.
