    Questions:
    Is it optional to assign 2 (two) e-mail recipients  to each open ticket? I'm using the "devel" -1.0.2- version, and for each mail sent, no matter who the second recipient is choosed, i receive one correct mail and one MAIL DELIVERY ERROR saying: "no recipients especified".
    BTW, my smtp server is pretty ok.
    BTW(2): Which one is the "assistente" sender?
    Can i tune this?

      1) Yes it is optional to choose two eMail recipienst for each ticket.
      2) I will check it for the MAIL DELIVERY ERROR: It still might be that there is an error, since the value is assigned "none" if you dont like to have a second eMail send and I am not sure if the code is stable in the module where the eMails are send. You can check it in includes/wizmail.inc.php, or similar.
      3) assitent means that the email send process was created by the wizzard, which was named for a while assistent. (helping to log a problem).
      You can change this in the Database since there is a user calles "assistent" or "wizzard". This user is actually the external person logging the problem.
