#29 TTS: Bug with user names sending emails.

Posting tickets in the TTS, let's say my user is
john.doe assigning a ticket to mary.doe, the email
notification won't be sent due the limited column
width in the database, the core supports larger
usernames than the TTS tables.

Also I think there are problems parsing usernames with
the "dot" character.
