I'd like to know whether it is an option built in to get some statistics on visitors and picture views. Logging those would allow me (you) to know which picture is most clicked on, whether people check out your whole site or just the one image, etcetera.
I suppose it would be as simple as a log file containing page names (or (image) numbers for security) and integers, which can be read out on a 'statistics page' (only available to the admin) or added to image pages with a line "Total views: XX" or something.

This feature is planned for the 1.x branch (which is next to come) since it does require a database structure change.
