#56 Version number not found in any file

Software phpgiftreg version 2.1.1 does not contain version number in any of the files. Usually there is version numbers inside some file or even a changelog. It helps user in upgrade and other maintanance tasks. I also do have a program, which uses those version numbers to tell end-user when it is a time to upgrade. Most of normal web-applications contains some kind of version number. This could be inside e.g. includes/config.php

Added version number to the login template. I'd rather not expect people to overwrite their config.php on release.
