#22 Single User Option?

It would be nice to have a single-user option where the
registry could be made for just one person if desired.
For the grandmas who are just going to the site to buy
gifts for one person, the whole registration / "who I'm
shopping for" process is a little confusing. They just
want to log in and see the list.

I actually like the idea of hiding some of the who am I
shopping for and not shopping for as well. I set this up for
my family and I wan't every to see everyone else in the
gorup. I don't like the request and accept options. This
might solve the issue for the grandma as well.
