#361 Clippings Cart Link from Charts

While to users who are used to PGV adding people to the
GEDCOM clipping cart is intuitive, I have been asked
"How can I add all people in this chart to the clipping
cart?" a few times. It now involves
a) clicking on the root person
b) Add to Clippings Cart
c) selecting:
1) "Add this person and his direct line ancestors"
for pedigree type charts such a Pedigree and Fan chart
2) "Add this person, his spouse, and all descendant
records" for descendancy charts
3) "Add this person, his parents, and siblings" for
Ancestry chart
4) Hourglass involves "Add this person, his spouse,
and all descendant records" and "Add this person and
his direct line ancestors."

Some charts do not exactly fit this category such as
timeLine or Relationship (where it should be "add all
people on the page" or something similar).
