This is a good idea
User account page:
This family account: Yes/No

This account is for father
GEDCOM INDI record ID: (Father ID)
His own family
Can Edit/Update/Delete Own, Father, Mother, Spouse, Children
Allow Quick Update

AND
Of course, all edits would need admin approval

In my opinion, this feature is perfect
