If I understand you correctly, you're asking whether it's possible to get PGV to cycle through all images that are linked to a given individual while you're looking at that person's Personal Details page.
Short answer: "No".
This would require a major re-write of large parts of the media handling in PhpGedView. There is nobody around who would be willing to tackle this, and I also don't think that there would be many people who would want this.
