The other message I'm getting in my logs is this:
[09-Jun-2026 06:09:08 America/Boise] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "pedigree_map" in .../genealogy/fanchart.php on line 319
I haven't got a fully updated installation, so I can't be sure this is still relevant. Please feel free to ask if you need any other information.

      Gerry,
the Google map module is partially maintened by me. In fact, currently it works properly only for those who have Google maps user key (non free). In the future it should be replaced by an open and free solution but until this happens don't delete the module. There are people using it, e.g. me.

This variable is defined in several language files of the googlemap module.

Either this module is incompletely installed, or it is not properly deleted.

The googlemap module has not been supported since 2010, and should be removed from the PhpGedView installation.

    Tomasz:
I am NOT going to delete the googlemap module from the SVN repository. I'm well aware that this module is used by some people -- just not by me.

I am telling this user to correct his PGV installation by either installing the googlemap module completely, or deleting it entirely. When doing a complete install, the copy from the SVN repository should be used.

The error he is reporting was triggered by a missing /modules/googlemap/languages/lang.en.php file, while the file /modules/googlemap/pedigree_map.php was present. So: "incomplete googlemap module" -- not a PGV error.
