#2177 Misleading text for changes_present

The text for "changes_present" reads "The current GEDCOM has changes pending review. If you continue this Import, these pending changes will be posted to the database immediately. You should review the pending changes before continuing the Import.";

Is this correct? What actually happens is that pending changes are discarded, so they are lost. The advice should be to review them to make sure they were taken into account if needed.

Please feel free to change the text ro reflect the true state of affairs. (I'll fix it up, should it need changing.)

When creating your text, build the Spanish version first and then build the English version from that.

You can do the same thing for any other text that's clearly incorrect.
