My Gedcom file contains Gregorian and Hebrew dates.
The used calendar format is Gregorian.
I no longer see (optionally) the Hebrew dates in the Gregorian calendar titles (page top part and monthly calendar day boxes) as I used to see in the old code.
The Hebrew calendar was requested as an additional feature.
The Gregorian calendar was supposed to remain as it was.
If I change the calendar format to Hebrew/Jewish anf Gregorian, I see the Hebrew date titles as expected.
But I see all my dates on non calendar pages calculated on-the-fly to the second calendar and I no longer see the Hebrew dates in the Gregorian calendar. The Gregorian dates are not shown correctly in the jewish calendar.
Perhaps we could add a separate GEDCOM configuration option for the calendar header and use the existing one only for the date presentation.

The new calendar type NONE does no longer print the Gregorian dates on the Hebrew calendar titles and monthly day boxes.
Please add them back as we had them before your changes.

We need a new setting to switch this on/off.
Otherwise gregorian/hebrew dates would be displayed for everyone, and not everybody wants them displayed.
Is this going to be a per-site, per-gedcom or per-user setting?

I would make it a per GEDCOM one.
It can be a new switch or a new calendar type that shows the GEDCOM dates in a similar way to NONE.
PGV should print titles, headers and monthly day box headers as the calendar dates and also as the other dates (from-to dates) for Gregorian and Jewish calendars.

The title is now converted to every date used on the page.

I no longer see the other calendar date in the title for calendar format NONE.
I neither see it in the monthly calendar day boxes nor for the top today's date.

I took out the recent code that converted the title according to the dates used in page.
I found problems when viewing hebrew calendars that contained both gregorian and julian dates
