#1370 Google Maps Tab Not Fully Loaded Via AJAX in 4.1

Tabs load via AJAX in 4.1 to decrease load time. The Map tab from the Google Map module does not seem to load via AJAX. This seems to increase the load time (even though it is not the PGV server that is slowing it down). The PGV data on the right of the map does however load via AJAX, but the map is "heavy" and should only load as needed.

You seem to have done some work on this and it certainly seems to have helped, thought I do still see calls to the Google server going over the wire befor the maps tab is loaded.

I see the following error (seems to be intermittent):

Ideally we would use the latest Google Map static map image and only load the real map when the image is clicked on. This would mean no real overhead of loading the map JS untill needed.
