I generated a form in one domain and want to relocate it to a different domain (different ISP's also). How do I go about relocating the form away from the original location?
The problem with leaving it where it is presently located is the request for my password every time someone would access the form.
Is there any way to relocate the form?

I am guessing you have installed the program through Fantastico. I suggest you download the latest version of the program directly from this site and install it on your own. This will get rid of the password protection issue.

Pick your poison... I think the 2.07b is the latest and greatest aside from the beta.

I had the same problem and ended up deleting the Fantastico Problem and installed the 2.8 beta version instead. I am a complete newbie to this stuff but it was really easy to install especially using cpanel and the file upload manager.
Once you get the new one installed you won't have that problem anymore as long as you uninstalled the previous version using the Fantastico uninstall feature.
One thing you will have to do if you intend to install it yourself and you are going to use the MSQL option is create a database.
If your a newbie like me, then you may need the information in the following post after you get everything set-up and are making a form. If you get the (Unable to make a connection to the database) error when creating a form and using MSQL option... then see this link:
Okay, anyone have any thoughts about the first issue brought up in the original post, the one not related to Fantastico, but to relocating a form? I installed phpFG v2.09 on my own, and am having trouble configuring the...whatever I need to configure...in order to relocate a form to a new location (on the same server) and have it work. When I copy the forms folder after I've generated a form, for some reason, the form doesn't read the process.php file, even though it tests correctly in the original location, where the form was generated. I have changed no file names, entries, etc, simply copied the 'forms' folder to a new location via File Manager on Cpanel. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated... thanks

You picked on that easy enough. I will do that. Where is the best place to find it for downloading?
