#24 numbers import

Hi all

I am using your super PHP script.
It works fine
but
I meet the problem with importing numers.
In attachment is XLS file which after import with your
script is wrong. What is wrong?
numbers in 7. and 12. row is different as in XLS file.
Why?

I think bug is somwhere if function createNumber.
But I do not know where.

I like your script but with this bug is useless for me.
