[phpesp-general] Authorization Problem

Hi
When I try to access a Private survey I get the following message:

401 Unauthorized
[ Incorrect User ID or Password, or your account has been disabled. ]=20

Also I get the same message after I logon to the management interface =
and try to selcet any option (eg change status).
