Phperl has released its latest version of phperl 2.3 namely Phperl 2.3.1 alpha.

The release is very stable in terms of Apache, PHP, MySQL & Perl however this is the first time that Phperl can be installed anywhere on your system which needs all files to be configured. This may cause a few minor problems. If so please add a bug report.
