#11 Private Tasks visible for others

For example (see attached screen): Create an extra option next to 'private' like 'visible for others'. So other project members can see the task and it's progress but are unable to edit the specific task (with an exception for the administrator account). In adittion it would be nice to have a 'vieuw my private tasks' in de the drop down menu.
