#34 Reset global arrays after script/plugin execution

... to prevent errors caused by external PHP code
(which uses but doesn't reset the global arrays).
Reset the same arrays as in prepare_environment_vars()
in class.phpcms.php

    No. The arrays aren't resetted at all (scripts) or only
    partly (plugins).
