Sorry for the late response. It took me a while to get my hands on a Windows box
in order reproduce and fix the issue.

I just released a patched version of phpCallGraph 0.7.0 which can be downloaded
at: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/phpcallgraph/phpcallgraph-0.7.0-pl1.zip
