i have install this tracker on my server.
in my utorrent i have block DHT and active private torrent.
So whene i retire my torrent, the download and upload continu ...!!!!
In utorrent my torrent file is red and this message appaear error : the torrent isn't authorized on this tracker.
but the download continu what the trouble ?

Other peers are sharing the torrent with DHT enabled. This is not a tracker issue, it is how the torrent is created & client configuration in regards to DHT.

You can't it's out of your hands. People on the torrent are sharing with DHT.
People still connected to the torrent when you retire the torrent will still continue transferring the file. Eventually that will dwindle off, but it sounds to me that you have some users using bittorrent clients that ignore the private flag.
