Hi, I'm hoping I can get some help.  I installed phpbttrkplus version 2.1 and I read all of the documentation.  I believe that I have set everything up correctly.

I'm able to log into the admin area and upload a torrent.  I've double checked my announce URL in the config and it matches the one I use to create a torrent.

I create the torrent using a program called Maketorrent 2.1 and I'm using uTorrent 1.3 to seed it.

The problem is that I always get an error message telling me "Tracker sending invalid data".

The url to my tracker is http://www.hollaforadolla.com/bigup/ and the announce URL I'm using is http://www.hollaforadolla.com/bigup/tracker.php/announce

Can someone please tell me why I keep getting this error message?

    Thanks.

I can tell you why you are getting that error, and also that there is not a thing you can do about it.

You are using a free website that inserts advertising into every page displayed (including tracker responses.)

Tracker responses are encoded in a very specific way, and if anything else gets inserted, it corrupts the tracker response. (This is why you get a 'Tracker sending invalid data' response.)

You need to get a website that does not mangle the http pages in any way, which usually means you have to pay for the hosting.

Thanks for letting me know.  At least now I know I wasn't making a stupid mistake.  I was racking my brain trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and I went over the configuration at least 10 times.
